"ALL I CAN STRIVE TO BE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF"
Most importantly.... its more than just about selling houses, the fact is that its about people, couples and families going through major life changes; some great and other times not so great. It's the sensitivity I hold always being aware and sensitive of the circumstances that may be causing a transition for somebody's life....and that is what I hold near and dear to me, that I am able to possess not only the skills and knowledge facilitating families in their moves, but to have my clients feel comfortable who they entrust to handle the most celebratory time or maybe a somber time in their lives. Whatever it is; I'm there with them all the way through it all with confidence and compassion always striving for the best outcome possible.
I have 4 children and 2 grandbabies, 4 horses, 2 miniature horses, a Siberian dog.
Growing up I always had such a love and passion for horses, bought my first horse in 1992 and barrel raced for many years until 2010! Now currently I enjoy my big beast named Titus that I will be jumping and doing Dressage with in my spare time as well, my son is jumping his horse that he has off the race track. Other than that, when we have our downtime from work, we mainly hang out close to home and enjoy fires at night and just relaxing.
I've experienced Dog Sledding with my Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky. Also I enjoy downhill skiing, golf, going to the mountains! We live on a farm northwest of St. Albert, AB and been enjoying country life for over 20 years now! I am very strong in my Faith and try to live balanced life with my perpetual free spirit.
Lastly, I have founded Race & Retire Thoroughbred Foundation where I have retired race horses off the race track and raise funds for their aftercare building a team of driven key players to launch it along with me, I had taken a brief leave from my real estate to fulfill this dream and see it born and I am back now where I have my clients' undivided attention and service.
FAQ about Brenda....
Working with a professional should NOT feel like you are being pressured into buying by a salesperson!
*Have you ever felt like when you just wanted to check out a few homes knowing you aren't ready to buy YET and you get immediate pressure to buy already? And you find yourself so distracted and you can't even think? Just like Lawyers, Doctors, not all Realtors are the same.
"We chose Brenda to handle the daunting task of finding our new home in the Edmonton area. She found an excellent property and managed to get the price that we were looking for on the acreage! Brenda's professional attitude and attention to detail made for a smooth acquisition and made the home buying process enjoyable. I would not hesitate to recommend Brenda now and in the future." Allen
Reflecting back, My husband and I decided now is the time to buy a house. What do we do? Where do we look? What's our budget? Unsure of where to turn or how to get this process started, we prayed and prayed. We knew we wanted to live in Spruce Grove and we knew we wanted a Christian Realtor. We were looking for someone to guide us through this process as we were first time home buyers.
We met her at Tim Horton's (of course), she explained what she was about and made us feel very comfortable. She told us exactly what was going to happen and even sent us emails every week about the buying process and what to expect step by step. She showed us a bunch of houses, negotiated price and terms suitable for us and got us in our dream home WITHIN our budget.
