As of September 1, 2020 there are 18 Active Listings & 20 Sold in past 60 days!Average selling price is $531,765 with 41 days to sell on average.  Don't let that fool you, 41 days on market to sell is pulled by the higher priced homes in Erin Ridge, there have been homes selling at list price within 1 day!

As of September 1. 2020 there are 16 Active Listings & 11 Sold in past 60 days!  Average selling price $553,000 with 62 days to sell on average.  Again the average days to sell are pulled by the higher priced homes in the neighbourhood.  Homes have sold as quick as 2 days for list price or even higher.

 Are we going to have another Fall rush in real estate, buyers are still out searching for homes, some agents are making it easier by jumping on the virtual high tech wagon keeping all involved safer and makes things more convenient.
